NSI1311-Q1SWVR
NOVOSENSE NSI1311-Q1SWVR automotive-grade isolated amplifier, AEC-Q100 Grade 1, 5000 Vrms isolation, for EV and automotive current sensing.
The NSI1311-Q1SWVR is a NOVOSENSE automotive-grade isolated amplifier qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1, that measures a small differential voltage on the high-voltage side and reproduces it on the low-voltage side with the NOVOSENSE capacitive isolation barrier in between. It shares the approach and the isolation technology of the NSI1300 family, with a linear differential input and a differential output for a good rejection of the common-mode noise, and the automotive qualification and the wide temperature range suit an under-hood design such as a traction inverter or a battery-management system. The capacitive barrier gives a high common-mode transient immunity, so the measurement survives the fast switching of a power stage, and the device operates from about 3 V to 5.5 V. Where the design must meet an automotive requirement and measure a high-side current accurately, the NSI1311-Q1 is the qualified part to use, and it pairs naturally with a NOVOSENSE isolated gate driver and a digital isolator on the same board. Typical applications include the motor and battery current in an electric vehicle, an inverter and a power converter and any automotive high-side current sense. Every device BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the part and plan the isolation and the layout.
FAE Professional Review
The NSI1311-Q1SWVR is the automotive-qualified isolated amplifier for an under-hood high-side current measurement, such as a traction inverter or a battery system, with the same differential input and high CMTI as the industrial family. Use it where the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification is required, and pair it with the NOVOSENSE gate driver and isolator for a complete isolated power stage.

Frequently Asked Questions
What projects suit the NSI1311-Q1SWVR?
It suits an automotive high-side current measurement that must meet AEC-Q100 Grade 1, such as a traction inverter, a battery-management system or a power converter, with the differential input and the high CMTI of the isolated amplifier family.
Confirm the qualified part and the shunt.
Why choose the automotive part?
The Q1 part is tested to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 over a wide temperature range, so it suits an under-hood or a high-reliability application where the industrial part would not meet the qualification. The electrical approach is the same as the NSI1300 family.
Our FAE team can confirm the qualified part.
